Every relocation is closely supervised, ensuring that nothing gets lost or damaged, and that all items are correctly matched for the swiftest possible reconstruction.  To help you run your business with as little disruption as possible, we can accommodate corporate moves outside of business hours.  We’ll provide you with a free-of-charge bespoke in-office estimate and will tailor a moving plan that meets your specific requirements.

Dreading days of packing and unpacking?  Let our pre-packers take the strain using specialist packing materials. Before the big day the team will come to your home fully equipped with bubble wrap, paper, boxes, anti-scratch blankets and crates.  We leave nothing to chance.  We will agree a moving plan with you and:

• Pack and label your contents carefully, including fragile items.
• Securely transport it all safely.
• Unload everything into the right rooms.
• Disassemble and reassemble of furniture.
• Whisk away unwanted packaging.

Our flexible options make life easier, so If you wish to do most or all of your own packing then we can supply high quality boxes of varying sizes, paper, tape, bubble wrap as well as portable wardrobe boxes. Simply order boxes and packing materials through us and if needed, just ask us to pack the items that need special care.

We understand the importance of keeping things safe and secure until needed. Whether you’re moving within the UK, relocating abroad, or simply need extra space, Removals in Action can offer you secure, tailored storage solutions for your home or office.

The storage services we can offer you include:

• Moving and Storage: Our comprehensive moving and flexible storage services offer a cost-effective, flexible solutions for an intricate household or commercial move.
• Household Storage: Keep your treasured belongings safe and secure while you settle into your new home, with our residential storage service.
• Commercial Storage: Whether you’re getting the office refurbished or simply running out of space to house extra equipment, we can help.

• Our preferred partner storage facility is fully equipped with fire and theft protection systems, 24 hour access, alarms, climate control and regular pest control measures.
• We prepare an inventory of items that are to be stored and should you require any items out of the the depo at short notice, then Removals In Action will ensure we mark these items as ‘Easy Access’. These items will be stored nearest the front of your container and will be easily accessible.
• Once the goods are safely packed away, there will be a charge for access to the effects and for re-delivery to your new office or residence.
• Please contact the Removals in Action team well in advance for re-delivery as we do tend to be very busy, especially towards the end of a month.
• Please note, storage accounts are payable monthly in advance by means of debit order or electronic transfer.
• Removals In Action will ensure the safekeeping of all your home or office belongings, making sure they are safe, dry and secure.

Removals In Action have our own in-house property maintenance and repair team. Our guys are seriously skilled handymen who can tackle all manner of tasks from mounting mirrors, erecting shelves, hanging pictures and general DIY tasks. Thus leaving you free to enjoy your new home!

Removals In Action provides a premium clearance service.  We clear everything from clothes, furniture, carpets, books, fridges, freezers, washing machines, garden and office furniture and anything else. We offer a reliable and professional service – and we donate and recycle as much material as possible.

Making your move as green as possible.

Removals in Action is committed to environmental sustainability. As people who live and work in your area, we really care about the local and wider environment. We recognise the impact our business has on the environment and operate policies as best as possible to reduce our activities’ effects.

We strive to:

• Conserve our natural resources through the use and support of recycled packing materials, where possible the use of biodegradable bubble wrap and the management of waste and debris.
• We divert as much of the waste we collect away from landfills.  We do this by reusing or recycling as many materials/items as we can and we dispose of any unwanted items in a safe and environmentally sensitive way.
• We also work with British Heart Foundation, which will collect, look for local re-use networks which benefit vulnerable groups, or pass on through an online selling/sharing group such as eBay, Gumtree, Freegle or Freecycle.
• We use separate bins for paper, plastic, tins and aim to use electronic communication to avoid paper wastage.
• Where possible, we try to select travel routes and moving times to cut down on emissions.
• Uses low-emission EEV Standard (Enhanced Environmentally-friendly Vehicles) vans
• We give back to our community by giving your items to our local charity shops.
• We remove your waste, whisk it away and clean up after ourselves.
